DISCORD SOUNDBOARD

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 10 August 2026

Information we process

When you sign in with Discord, we process your Discord user ID, username, and avatar hash. To show and manage servers you can access, we process Discord server identifiers, names, icons, roles, and membership information supplied by Discord. We also store server settings, access approvals, sound-management assignments, and audit records of management actions.

Audio uploads

Authorized users may upload MP3 files. We store the normalized audio file, its name, size, duration, and the Discord server it belongs to so the bot can play it. A server administrator can delete uploaded sounds; deleting a sound removes its stored audio file and its sound record.

How information is used

We use this information only to authenticate users, operate the soundboard, enforce server permissions, protect the service, and diagnose operational issues. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with Discord as needed for Discord authentication and bot operation, and with the hosting providers that store and process the service data. We retain information while it is needed to operate the service, secure it, or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of account-related data through the server administrator or the service operator.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy when the service changes. The current version will always be published on this page.
